All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
Orders approved by our pharmacist are dispatched within 1 working day of clinical approval. Delivery timescales are provided by our courier partners and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including adverse weather or carrier delays.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services once your order has been dispatched. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
We deliver to UK addresses only. All orders are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispensed by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines for reuse or resale in accordance with GPhC guidelines and UK law.
If your order has not been dispensed, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Non-prescription products may be returned unused, in original sealed packaging, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
